Playing the game

You do not need to create a game account. The game stores progress and preferences on your device, including completed trails, stars, attempts, puzzle milestones, gameplay times and whether you have seen the opening animation. These records help the game resume your journey. The game does not upload them to a developer-operated server or provide developer-operated cloud saves.

The game does not use advertising or analytics services. We do not use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites. The game does not ask for access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos or location.

Purchases

The optional full-game unlock is an Apple in-app purchase. Apple processes payment and manages purchase authentication. The game uses Apple's StoreKit service to obtain the price, verify eligible purchase ownership and restore a purchase. We do not receive your payment-card information or Apple Account password. Purchase and restoration can require an internet connection and Apple authentication. Apple's practices are described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

Restoring a purchase restores eligible access to paid trails. It does not restore locally saved gameplay progress.

Contacting support

If you contact us, we receive the information you send, such as your email address, message and screenshots. We use it to answer your request and resolve the issue. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Support correspondence is handled through email and its service providers. Our retention policy is to keep it only as long as necessary to handle your request, resolve related issues or meet legal obligations. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent; we may need to confirm that it relates to you.

This website

This game page does not use advertising or behavioral analytics, account registration or a contact form. Hosting and content-delivery providers may process standard request information, such as IP addresses, user agents and security signals, to deliver and protect the site under their service policies. Your local records

Local gameplay records can be removed by deleting the app. Device backups are controlled by iOS and your device settings. We do not have a server copy of your local progress to delete or restore. Removing the app does not cancel a purchase or request a refund. Apple manages purchase history and refunds.
